"Late again and poor communication"
They showed up late again, which is really frustrating when you’re counting on them to be there. What made it worse was the unclear communication, I had no idea if they were actually on the way or when to expect them. Just doesn’t feel very reliable when you actually need them

"Slow replies and not much help"
The customer service was disappointing. I sent a few messages and had to wait days just to get a short reply that didn’t really answer anything. What’s the point of responding if you’re not actually going to help? I kept having to chase them for a clear answer, and even then I didn’t really get one. Once they have your money, are you just supposed to figure everything out yourself?

"I booked my ticket thinking the fare was..."
I booked my ticket thinking the fare was set, but then it changed afterward, which was really frustrating. I also couldn’t tell who was actually responsible for fixing it, the airline, the booking site, or someone else. Everyone seemed to point in a different direction, and the fare details weren’t clear at all.

"Professional driver and smooth ride"
I booked a ride through Redtop last week, and overall, it was a solid experience. The whole process was straightforward, and the ride went smoothly from start to finish.

The driver arrived on time, was polite, and drove in a way that felt safe and professional. He also helped me with my bag, which I appreciated. He wasn’t overly chatty, but he was friendly and responded nicely whenever I asked something.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the car was a little warm when I first got in. It wasn’t a huge deal, and aside from that, everything was good. I’d say it was a reliable and pleasant ride overall.

"Ride was fine, car could’ve been cleaner"
I booked through redtop.com, and the ride itself was okay. Got picked up, got where I needed to go, no drama there. I was mostly just thinking about the rest of my day and didn’t have any issues with the actual trip.
The car, though, could’ve used a proper clean. There were crumbs on the seats, the floor looked like it hadn’t really been vacuumed, and there was this slightly stale smell inside. Not awful, but noticeable enough that I kept thinking about it instead of just relaxing.

The driver was polite and everything, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. Just for the price, I expected the car to feel a bit fresher and better looked after.

"Felt safe getting home"
I used Redtop for a late ride home and, it was good overall. The driver was, like, really careful and didn’t seem to rush at all, which I definitely appreciated. The car was clean, the seatbelt worked fine, and I just felt okay being in there, you know? The only small thing was that the pickup took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I felt safe, so yeah, I’d use them again.

"Wish the booking had felt a bit smoother"
I booked a ride on redtop.com, and for the most part it was straightforward. The form was easy enough to follow, and I didn’t feel like I had to hunt around the site just to get things done.

I do kind of wish I’d paid closer attention to how long a few steps took, because some parts felt a little slow and I wasn’t totally sure at first if my booking had actually gone through. It worked out in the end, but I left feeling like it could’ve been a smoother experience.
